You've had a large dose of caffeine which can result in rapid pulse rate, and you have coupled that with cigarettes which contain nicotine. The amount of caffeine required to cause serious problems is very large. An average adult would have to consume 80-100 cups of coffee to meet the thresehold of acute overdose, at 150-200mg per kilogram of body weight. I am not surprised you feel the way you do, considering the amount of artificial stimuli you've put in your body in a relatively short period of time. Be sure your interpretation of your skin color is not due to your anxiety and waxy appearance from the stimulants. None of the above items would make your skin turn yellow. You may just be off color due to how bad you feel right now. Don't do this again, okay?

The heart racing and shaking is normal for consuming that much caffeine and nicotine when you normally do not. However it is dangerous for your heart rate to stay too high for a prolonged period of time.
I don't have a clue about the yellow color.
If all of this is true, why are you on Yahoo Answers instead of calling for an ambulance? If it's not true......get a life!

The heart palpatations are coming from the caffeine high your on.
Taking over the counter drugs to stay awake is not a very good idea and of course you know about smoking...but when you add everything up your putting in your body why wouldn't it react?

The yellow color is almost certainly liver malfunction. Go get help if your pulse is elevated. I suffer from panic attacks and nervous disorder as a disabled viet Nam vet and I know the feelings. My main solution is a hot bath. It relaxes me.
Good Luck

Go get some help right now. I don't even know why you need people on Yahoo! Answers to tell you this.

To be safe, doctor. NOW. Either get a friend to drive you or get an ambulance to take you. Why would you do that? It was stupid!!
