I'm no Spanish whiz, but whenever I need a translation I use Google Language Tools for sentence fragments or Word Reference or individual words or to ask for help.
Not that I'm knocking the people on Yahoo Answers, but you never know who's trying to mess with you. The forums at Word Reference are a great help.

nosotros is "we", or "us" as an object of a preposition.
nuestros is "ours"
nos is the direct and indirect object pronoun meaning "us"
