After I cry when I'm frustrated, I usually don't feel all that better...it takes a while. But snuggles from my fiancee make me feel real good, and makes me forget about whatever is frustrating me at the time for a while. :)

Recently, a better job makes me feel better, since I was frustrated with the old one, lol!

Lydia, I always feel better after prayer with the Lord. If I am frustrated, I pray and ask God to help me through and that HIS will, be done as I know His wisdom is far greater than my limited mind!

Well think in all those people that are in worst situations than you at this momment, and believe in yourself, that no matter how hard is today, but tomorrow is another/new day! Sometime we dont figure it out how privilaged we are.
Cry is good, help you take out everything from the inside, Pray is excellent!
Keep working hard ! Hope you the best!!!
take care!!

I walk away from whatever it is first. Then ask God for insight. Maybe there is something I'm missing that is right in front of me. If I'm @ work. Well, I either must just work it out or walk away and come back later. But I prefer time to reflect and start anew.

Throwing things and breaking things only makes me feel guilty on top of my frustration. Temporarily changing my activity or changing my location usually works for me.

I Pray for patience....Lord, please give me patience and give it to me now....that's a joke....but it does help to calm me down if I pray.

I like to laugh,,,,,I listen to Mark Lowry of the Gaither vocal band on youtube....that cheers me immensely.....

I don't cry....I have never been much of a cryer..except when I got saved and just before....I cried at the drop of a hat back then.

I will suck it up and then use it at the shooting range on the weekends where I reside. It relaxes my mind and clears away all of the negative happenings that have occured during my hectic work week.
