i was thinking about making the first move and start talking to a guy in my class, but my friend said not to cuz then the guy won't appreciate the girl, instead the guys would appreciate girls that they work hard to get. should i make my move?

There's nothing wrong with talking to a guy first rather than he talking to you first... What your friend said can be right, but of course it depends from guy to guy... Personally I don't think it matters.... It can go either way, talking is talking, it's when you get into a more serious relationship that male and female roles can matter...

Yes because if the guy isn't an idiot, he'll realize that in that relationship you guys won't have to play mind games. If you want to kiss him you'll kiss him, etc.
If the guy is all upset about his manliness and his moves being taken away, then screw him (not literally, of course) because he's just another chauvanist.

i think you should give it a go..
im in the same situation i really like this guy too and i want to know if i should make a move soo i think you should try it.. or talk to him about you feel first that's what i would do anyway
