I love to eat, but over the past couple of years, i've lost about 60 lbs. i used to eat ALL THE TIME. it was ridiculous. and now ever since summer break, i've been eating like crazy. i cant even go a week without overeating. i have to constantly think about what i'm eating. i cant stop eating, i especially love bread and butter. i know i'll start gaining weight soon if i dont stop this, but how? my will power has completely left me.
how can i stop thinking about food so much so that i can start losing weight again?
i'm desperate!

I have had that problem where I will just not stop eating and then I fel soooo bad about it afterwards and it just gets me to eat again... I have ( I am working on it) a food adiction... I confort myself with food... the only way I have been able to beat this problem is I workout everytime I want to eat (well when I want to eat more than I need to..) plus u can look into fiber pills they help fill your belly so u feel full... I also carry around a thing of water all of the time, it helps.... I hope this will help you...

well sometime stress can cause this. if you are student this thing come up during examinations, BUt honestly, its the first sign of obesity i know that. BUt the easy way is dont stop eat at once do what your heart want if you wana eat eat all the time. Sometime you have to play opposite so eat and then a point will come that you will just leave eating. But the humble suggeston is that whatever you eat take a lot of green tea with it. its herbal so no side effects so take it as much as you can. It will metabolized your system, and will burn fat. So in short what ever and whenever you eat take a green tea with it not a cold one hot one. avaialable everywhere

I don't even stop to think about it - I crave it and go get it. The harder I try to stick to my diet the guiltier I feel when I fail and the more depressed I get - and then I crave the fix. Around and around and around. I am starting to understand addictions, and I am not being a smart a^s

sounds like something in your life is the trigger to causing your overeating habits, you need to identify what is causing this.
