It's known as Achromatopsia, its one of the rarests disorders of color blindness. There are 2 other types too, Red/green color blindness, and Blue Color blindness. Hope this is what you are looking for.

Yes, it is called Achromatopsia. It is a rare inherited disorder in which the cone cells in your eyes do not show any activity because the photoreceptor cells in the eye malfunction.

It is known as achromatic vision. The person can see only black, white, and shades of gray. I was once acquainted with a man who had this problem.

yes its called color blind...go to your eye doctor and if you cant see any color then you are color blind...
