You probably waited too long to separate the babies from the mother. Hamsters are able to mate fairly quickly (4-5 weeks) so one of her little boys probably made that happen. You want to separate the boys from the girls by 4-5 weeks old. You can sex the babies - it's hard but look at websites to help you. Here's an example:

male babies should be separated from their mother after 4 weeks of age as at 4 weeks they are sexually mature.... maybe that was the case if you did not separate them the first time? Well don't worry, try to separate them this time after 4 weeks of age and this will never happen again for sure...good luck

The first answer is right. You MUST separate the males from their mother and sisters ASAP or you'll have more hamsters than you bargained for.

How long have you had it. Were ther other hampsters in the cage when you got it?

they do interbreed, mine did an babies were ferocious
