i feel like i am annoying this girl because every day i say hi to her...and i don';t know..she seems a bit whatever

just stop saying hi to her for a little bit and if she foes up to you and says hi then it shows that you werent annoying her.

Then you probably are annoying. STOP talking to her altogether. If she says hi first, without YOU making eye contact or starting a conversation, then you arent totally annoying.
In school, it's the guys who act like sad little puppy dogs...always waiting or begging for affection, that are totally annoying.
Luckily for you, those are the same guys who focus on school and end up engineers or .com billionaires.

Do you like poke people or touch them for no reason?
Do say mean things?
Are you not nice?
Do you say things too many times?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you ARE annoying!

You can tell if you are annoying if people start looking at you weird, when you are talking to me, and also when people start walking away.

That's how you tell...
Ignore her for a few days just to see if she ever says anything to you first. If she never speaks to you again then she's not really into you.
Start talking to other "cool" people who aren't so darn "uppety"...

If she starts to get a glazed look in her eyes and tries to end the subject and walk away would be a good indication.

Think of something really witty to say and see how she reacts. If she laughs, then you're not annoying her. If she smirks, she's being nice and saying "No thanks." If she blows you off, well then, you are in fact annoying her.
