I have small red bumps from elbow to shoulder on each arm (on the outside). It's not acne, I've heard it happens when fat people work out too much (I used to be a little overweight). Does anyone know how to fix this, I've tried all kinds of things.

I have those too.
It's called KP syndrome.
I don't know if that's how you get them lol...but I use something that really works reallly well.
Here's the link:

(It's sorta expensive, but it lasts a really long time. I've had the tube almost a year and it's still about half-full.)
Good Luck!

It its nothing to worry about I have it too. I hate the way that it looks. Although I have eliminated the problem on one arm and the other has gone done a lot by exfoliating the area every day in the shower. Go buy a luffa and use that daily. After you get out of the shower moisturize the upper arms as well. If you have what I do then that should help A LOT. It won't look like its going down right away, but give it a couple weeks and it should start looking better. I hope this works for you! Good luck!

I have the same thing. I have had it since i was little. its on the sides of my arms and they are little red bumbs and the skin is dry. there is nothing you can do and its not harmful. If you want to make sure go to the doctor. i have found nothing works either but moisterizer does keep it from looking dry. in the mid 90's they used to call it chicken skin. My mom had it and she said it went away as she grew older. good luck
