I poured out my heart, before the Lord! It was needed as my heart was heavy and burdened. Soon, thereafter, I received an Im, from a wonderful woman who was concerned. I was blessed by her words of encouragement!
I got off the computer and the phone rang. I answered the phone and it was a pastor asking me to write another play for his church. My soul sored as I have been longing to write another scriptural play! Plus, I have been invited to teach, Bible studies and since I have moved, I have missed this so much!
So, I would think I would have to turn your question around and say, This day has been a very significant day, spiritually, as I had one prayer after another answered and all within a few moments apart!
How faithful God is and I am i awe as to how HE works in our lives!

Great question. So far today, the most spiritual thing I did was to listen to the voice of the Gods when I could tell my blood sugar was getting too high. May not sound very spiritual, but I have to start listening to these signals and taking care of myself.

I can honestly say that I haven't done anything today that truly held spiritual significance for me. Although I did have a very pleasant email conversation with a dear friend of mine in which my unsolicited advice seemed to be well-received. That was pretty close!

I tried to answer some questions on R&S and I prayed for a few people....I don't usually do highly significant spiritual things,,,because I can't get out right now,,,,I'm pretty much left to the smaller accomplishments....like phone and my prayer chain on computer....What did you do?

Took a leap of faith and posted something spontaneous and usually out of character for me (the Vile Temptress ROLL CALL).
While it might've seemed like the ramblings of a goofball, it was heartfelt and honest, in other words I feel I was true to myself when posting that and I hope that came through.
Giggity.

I don't know how "spiritual" it is but I am off today because my HS is closed ( I am a teacher) due to the So. Calif. wildfires and I cleaned the whole house for my sweet wife while she worked and made dinner - it was a nice day.
Last night we had a small group study on relationships and had a time of prayer for each other and it was great!!
God is good.

I got a good bit done on my Power Point presentation for the Ethical Society forum this coming Sunday. Still can't find everything I need, but I've been hard at work on it. Wish me luck!

I tried to communicate to others some of the (7) things deviations between God's word and so-called Christian beliefs in this country (and probably world wide) to God's glory.

Let's see....
Said Grace over my meals
Prayed for my family
Prayed for a 3 day conference that's taking place in Australia soon
Prayed for believers in India and Sri-Lanka
Tried to exhibit the Fruits of the Spirit, especially longsuffering (patience) and goodness.
But I could have done so much more, like reading my Bible, telling my friends more about Jesus, praying for other people, being more gentle.
"More like Jesus would I be, let my Savior dwell with me;
Fill my soul with peace and love—make me gentle as a dove;
More like Jesus, while I go, pilgrim in this world below;
Poor in spirit would I be; let my Savior dwell in me.
If He hears the raven’s cry, if His ever watchful eye
Marks the sparrows when they fall, surely He will hear my call:
He will teach me how to live, all my sinful thoughts forgive;
Pure in heart I still would be—let my Savior dwell in me.
More like Jesus when I pray, more like Jesus day by day,
May I rest me by His side, where the tranquil waters glide.
Born of Him through grace renewed, by His love my will subdued,
Rich in faith I still would be—let my Savior dwell in me."
Fanny Crosby.

WOW!
is that your real picture? They grow them pretty in VT.
anyway. I hope your daddy has a lot of guns to protect you from the creeps that would want to date you. I do. My daughters are really pretty. Thank God they look like there mom.
the most spiritual thing I did today was to pray for the people in So. Cal and hope for the fires to stop.
Thanks for getting us thinking about being spiritual and keep up the good work of being a righteous girl
