Why get so Kantian?I suppose that if sth is immortal then it doesn't die or maybe it just never was alive. I don't believe in the idea of God as our creator father seeing it all from He knows where ;)

Well, if God does exist, and he is the creator of the universe, then he is most assuredly a supernatural being, and therefore, as a supernatural being, he would not follow natural laws, which would include inevitable death. Also, as a supernatural being, he would most assuredly operate outside the boundaries of spacetime, and therefore would have no beginning, and no end, since these concepts are spacetime-bounded.

Are you insane?

No, it's not possible.

Can a mortal ask questions which God finds unanswerable? Quite easily, I should think. All nonsense questions are unanswerable.

But if he was all-good, he'd realise that he has a responsibility to his creations, and not die.
