At what age is the female jaw fully developed?

I have to have surgery to correct my protruding jaw, but about two years ago (I am now almost 16), the doctor said that I could not have it until my jaw is fully developed. At about what age is the jaw at its maximum size on females?

Your jaw is fully developed when you have all of your adult teeth. This does not include wisdom teeth. Your last adult teeth usually erupt at age 12.
