The nurse that answered second is exactly right. And there's no way in heck that you're going to be able to burn 10500 calories in one day. I don't think you could burn that much in 3 days. You would have to stop eating entirely, and exercise constantly -- which is impossible.

I think you're going to need to settle doing this the RIGHT way. By eating good foods, cutting your caloric-intake, and exercising right. Believe me, if you do it all right, you might not look like you want, but you'll look better than you do now!

Hello sexylady,

Do you need to lose 10 500 calories in total, or 10 500 calories per day, for.. how many days?

When is the wedding?

Are you the one geting married? I wonder why being so concerned about what others might think about your weight.. but that's entirely up to you.

So, since you do know that in fact simple diets are not healty, yours is just.. well.. *put your own worst word here ^^

Ok, as you seem to know, you want to lose 3 pounds.. in a 24 hour period.

For your body to function at least properly (i mean, since you are concerned about people thinking, if you dont eat and be deprived of energy, you can fall in the evening so eveyone will still judge you anyways..)

You need a minimum of 1000 calories (well balance 6 meals per day, around 166 calories per meal, dont forget protein!), i won't ever suggest you to go below that, it's your choice after all..

So, if you were eating like 2000 calories, cutting back to 1000 will get you a bit closer to your 10 500.. now, for the worst part: Exercice!

You'd need to do so much cardio and/or weight training that your body will collapse even before you get to burn up to 5000 in my opinion..

So, people that want to take drastic measures, well, you can always turn to a supplement like a ripped fuel, which are a combination of metabolic booster..

But still, respect what's written on the bottle; never get more than recommended..

Because, your weak body from all these exercice and not eating will give you a lot of wreckage already..

What i suggest, healthy way: you can lose between 3500-7000 calories per week so it's 1-2 lbs.. but in a year, it's 50-100 lbs !

I sincerely wish for you to re-think your paradigms, and to know that people will judge you anyway, so be proud of yourself ! And stay healthy above all else!

Take care.

Haha if you tried to lose 10 500 cals you'd like die...

Not good. Well the best thing for you is to exercise and eat. Maybe you should try going for a jog before breaky and after dinner in the evening everyday thats the exercise. And eat a small bowl of cereal for breaky, a piece of fruit for a snack, a small lunch like a healthy sandwich, a small snack and a healthy and vitimain full dinner. And also drink lots of water.

If you aren't wanting to snack, drink lots of water instead, it will fill you up.But remember to stay healthy and not starve, you don't want to be a skeleton at the wedding.

Good Luck.x

To do that, I've calculated that you'd have to eat nothing and spent 15 hours on a treadmill. Not a good idea.

eat only 500- calories a day and burn about 10,000...everyday activities should burn the rest. [swimming also is an activity that burns one of the most calories] Good Luck! :]

you don't lose calories, you burn them. And you couldn't burn that many unless you ran the boston marathon every single day.
