im not extremely fat but i would like to be slim and healthier. im 14 years old, about 5'6", and about 150 pounds. i dont like being fat. im doing exercise but how what kind should i do to be skinny; and how frequenly should i do it? something thats simple and FAST! my email is live_die_evolve@yahoo.com if you care to help me more...

Well I'm 5'9 and I was 178 pounds and Since I switched to eating 1 McChicken Samwich a day and 1 Large McDonalds fry, I've been losing a pund a day, which I know doesn't seem like a lot but I think it's pretty good.
