It's depending on the context.
The most common is "pulcher" but like all the Latin adjectives it's modified by the noun's gender and number.
so if it's referred to a masculine noun is "pulcher , to a feminine noun is "pulchra" and to a neuter noun is "pulchrum".
Other words meaning "beautiful", in general quite less used, are (I'm giving you masc. + fem. + neuter) :
speciosus, speciosa, speciosum
(beautiful/handsome/good-looking; attractive/appealing; presentable/respectable);
formonsus, formonsa, formonsum
(beautiful, finely formed, handsome, fair; having fine appearance/form);
amoenus, amoena , amoenum
(beautiful, attractive, pleasant, agreeable, enjoyable, charming, lovely);
formosus, formosa, formosum
(beautiful, finely formed, handsome, fair; having fine appearance/form);
decorus, decora, decorum
(beautiful/good looking/handsome/comely; adorned; graceful/elegant);
