You probably mean : Avez-vous pensez à moi, which means, did you (have you) tought about me.

The correct sentece should be" Avez-vous pensé à moi" it means do you think about me. But in French we normaly say " Aviez-vous pensé à moi" = Did you think about me. The verb is in the pass so you don't put ez when it is in the past or when it follows an auxilliary verb ( avoir, avez)

you can either have "Qu'avez vous pensé de moi?" which means "What did you think about me?"
or "Avez-vous pensé à moi?" which means "Did you think of me?"
I even think of "avez-vous pensé de moi que je ... ? " which can mean "Did you think I ... ?"
notice that you have to write pensé with "é" and not "ez".

It should read "Avez-vous pensé de moi?"
It means: Have you thought about me?

avez= are, vous=you, pensez=pensive or thought,(thinking), de=of, moi=me, translation, are you thinking of me? or avez=have , have you thought of me.
