You could try taking a warm bath before you're ready for bed. Not a shower, but a bath. With the entire body soaked in warm water, your muscles will relax, thus aiding in falling asleep. Or drink a warm liquid like cocoa or milk & honey. Reading is also a good one.

melatonin.. it's not a "medicine" per say.. it's a natural hormone and it works for me.. i suggest trying to read a book or magazine before bed, don't watch TV it only stimulates your brain making it harder to nod off if that doesn't work then try the melatonin.

try writing in a jernal takeing a hot bath before bed that kind of stuff hope i helped got to go bye

Cup of warm milk and clear your mind... Milk has natural sleeping agents in it. Alcohol works too!

i have this problem too. when you are trying to fall asleep, don't think about anything, especially what you are going to do tomorrow, just think about sleeping or a peaceful place

be in a dark room then you`ll eventually fall asleep

concentrate on your breathing, and only your breathing, make it deep and slow, you will be asleep in no time.
