cook the rice separately(use the one cup rice and two cups water method of cooking the rice add a handful of rice noodles and a tablespoon of instant chicken bouillon you can omit the noodles if you wish)chop up the chicken into bit sized pieces and marinate with the terrayaki sauce for a couple hours. the when its about time to eat get a large fry pan or wok ad some oil in it and allow to heat at high until the oil just smokes stir fry the chicken pieces until cooked adding a little terrayaki sause in the end. place chicken over rice.

im no chef, but i would first taste the marinades, see which one the best. i would say maranate the chicken in something, mix the rice with some veggies and the terrayaki. serve the chicken over the rice and possibly drizzle some sauce over the chiken.

experment with food and if its good, keep it, if not, learn from your mistakes. You might even uncover a 'secret recipe'.

hope i helped =-)

There's this chicken and rice concoction that they make in South Carolina called Chicken Bog. If you're adventurous - give it a try.

Google for "Chicken Bog"

Very versatile combo. Sometimes you can just put on different hats and your frame of mind changes the way the food actually tastes...for example, but on a sombraro, and boom: you'll have Arroz con Pollo.

I would definitely go with some veggies, maybe broccoli, mushrooms and peppers if you are going to mix it all together.

If you are looking for extra side dishes, I'd do the broccoli and maybe a small side salad
