Well, the official Korean tourism board was using Dynamic ofr about a decade and recently changed it to "sparkling"..
Oneof Korea's biggest infrastructure problems, keeping it from becoming a first world nation, is it's trash nightmare...
So SPARKLING is like a sick joke, if you ask me.
But, like the EnergizerBunny, they never give up.
