If the colonial citizens came from Europe, why is there still a Europe??

Because they did not all come only some came over on the mayflower and other ships, Europe is Europe, just some came over to get away, and alot of it had to do with religion, they wanted a new place where they could worship God, they are called the Puritans.

The citizens of Europe are still people. They didn't evolve. They were created and are descendants of people.

I think you mean why are there still people on Europe.

If not, then Europe is a land mass and people are alive. The two aren't interchangeable.
