Personally... I don't think you should, because she's only 17, and you're only FIFTEEN!!! I mean, just because you're going to die in a few years doesn't mean you need to have a child.
Now.. if you wanna have SEX, then thats different. I think that's okay if you want it. (Use protection tho :) ) Don't be worried on dissappointing her. She will find someone else to have children with.. and hopefully when she's older.
Best of luck though with your cancer.
Also.. if your cancer was inherited, then maybe bringing a baby into the world isn't the best thing.

omg. sorry bout the cancer. i wish they had a cure for it.
that's pretty bad if she breaks up with you just because you have cancer.
but i mean, you're 15. it's not right. that would obviously mean you're have to go through the whole baby makin process.
if she wants a kid so bad, she should just find some guy to have it with. she shouldn't be a ***** about it and tell you she wants a baby from you when you're only 15. she'll probably dump you and leave the kid with you, which will be extremely hard for you to live out the rest of your life the way you want to when you have to take care of the baby.
i say don't do it. it's not worth it at 15.

I think it is really sweet that she wants a baby with you. But if you are not ok with it, then she can not make you have one with her. It is completely up to you. If you really do only have 2 years to live, then you won't have to deal with the baby for very long. But at the same time, it will make it harder for you to leave him. Its totally up to you man. I will keep you in my thoughts!

If I were you I'd go out with someone your own age. Tell her it doesn't matter what she wants you are dying.
