Can a person with a diameter length(contacts) of 14.2.. wear a contacn lens with a diameter of 14.0??

It usually isn't a problem. That 0.2 mm doesn't make much difference in a soft lens as far as fit. Although in some cases, the larger lens will be more stable on the eye.

But that means you are switching brands. Not all brands work for everyone.

Before switching brands you should have a trial pair fitted by your eyecare specialist to make sure they will fit you right before buying a supply of them.
