Okaii...
I'm only 14, but back in June I noticed somewhat of a "bump" near my left breast. I didn't think anything of it because I just had a pretty big pimple there. I haven't told anybody about it, and I don't plan to unless I know that it could be something serious. There is still a bit of a "bump" but it tends to COME AND GO. It's really hard.. and hurts when I press on it. It's not directly on my breast, it's just kinda "beside it"
There is also a small "Black Spot" right on top of it. It feels a little "broken up" too. Like, I feel a bumpish sorta thing around the main one.

I just want to know if this is could possibly be breast cancer.

Most likely its not a cancer. I had the same situation when i was 15. It's not that common to have breast cancer this young, regardless its best to check it. Also, make sure you let your parents know. Its nothing to be afraid or ashamed of..
when the doctors checked mine they said it was a cyst. Cysts are fluid filled sacs within the breast. These sacs form when normal milk producing glands enlarge. The cause of this enlargement is not definitely known but is very likely related to an imbalance between the normal production and absorption of fluid. They are not cancerous. if you want they can remove it (by extracting fluid from a cyst which frequently makes the lump disappear ) or you can leave it and it might disappear on its own.
or maybe the bump might be associated with your period. some girls tend to get a swollen breast or breasts when they are close to their menstrual cycle and its completely normal.
But go and get a mammogram and an ultrasound ASAP!!!

It could possibly be either breast cancer or a cyst - you'll want to get yourself checked out as soon as you're able, forget about your age. Tell your mom (or a female relative you're comfortable with) the next chance you get. They'll be able to help you with the worry, even if it's neither.

The faster you get it checked out, the faster you'll be able to get something done about it and the faster you'll recover from any possible ill-effects. You're still developing (or probably are) so it'll be good for you in a way if it is - you might even develop to the point where it's not noticeable if they have to do something like surgery. Take care of yourself, at any rate.

Good luck, dear.
Hope it's nothing too serious.

I wouldn't get too excited, but definitely see a doctor. There are a number of things it could possibly be, not just cancer.

What ever it may be, the earlier it is the better off you'll be. If it turns out to be a serious problem, then at least you can start getting treatment right away. And if if it's nothing, atleast you can take it off your mind and think of other things.

I want you to let your mom see it....she will know if you need to go to the doctor or not.
I wouldnt worry about it, cause its rare that someone your age has breast cancer, but not to say it cant happen.
Its never to early to start checking your self ....you are doing the right thing.
