For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.
This is good site for Acomplia info if anyone's interested

Yes, they will give you a boost, but usually they will have unpleasant side effects, that are usually what helps you with the weight loss in the first place. The most common of those is diarrhea, because many work by partially blocking fat absorption- and if it's not absorbed, it needs to come out somehow. Herbal mixes and pills on the other hand, tend to act as a diuretic- you'll be running to the toilet every ten minutes to pee- this is especially true for teas, though I think a big part of that might be the sharp increase in the amount of liquids you take in. In any case, you really shouldn't use them unless you are extremely obese and are willing to suffer to decrease your health risk a bit, because the results may be extremely embarrassing, disruptive, and generally bad for your body. On the other hand, you might want to get a cleanse kit from a local health products store- their mixes tend to be less harmful, and if you do a cleanse before a diet, your intestines will work better, and you'll feel better and have more energy. If you do that, consult the store manager to see if you can talk to someone that tried that particular cleanse kit before, for tips on that particular kit.

Hi,
You state something very interesting in your question. You mention you want something that will not feel like your heart is going to jump out. With this statement, I will assume you have already tried some weight loss supplements that made you feel that way.
Let me tell you something, those supplements that make you like your heart is going to jump out are actually central nervous system STIMULANTS. Basically, like Ephedra, it pushes your adrenaline levels way up, and that's why you feel anxious, jittery, nervous, and you can have all those anxiety simptoms when you take something like that.
Obviously, weight loss supplements like that are not healthy at all.
You want to take a look at a weight loss supplement that is classified as "fat binder". It does not mess up with your nervous system functioning.... Take a look at Proactol, which is a fat binder. It binds up to 28% of your dietary intake.... They have 6 months money back guarantee: http://www.proweightlossguide.com/proactol-review
I hope I was of some help. For articles and more info on weight loss, check out link below.
Wish you all the best.

I am very sensitive to ingredients in most diet pills too. I have been taking Puralin. It is all natural, you can buy it at Wal-Mart. It isn't a fat burner, it's more of an appetite suppressant. I haven't found anything I'm comfortable enough with to take that is said to be a fat burner. Good Luck though! :)

It's been medically proven over and over again that diet pills don't make you burn fat. It's just quasi pharmaceutical companies taking your money.
The "doctors" you see on commercials for the pills are either actors or actual doctors who have been well paid to say whatever the manufacturer wants without actually testing the product.

EXERCISE
is the best diet pill you can get.
Stop being soo lazy, the only way to lose weight/burn fat is to consume less calories and exercise more!
