if her friends don't like you then you're in a tough spot bud. winning over her friends is half the battle. but if you just want to tell her how you feel, you could wait till a dance and tell her while you two slow dance... write a love letter.. or just catch her after school one day alone. just DON'T do it online. ever.

ask her to hang out sometime
then when youre alone w/ her just be like "i really like you"
if she agrees to hang out w/ you, she most likely likes you too and will be more than flattered when you tell her you like her
