diabetes often causes peripheral neuropathy in the feet, especially if you do not control your sugar levels very well. Sadly, there isn't much you can do to get rid of that sort of pain, it happens because the nerves are starved due to poor circulation as a result of high blood sugars, so they hurt. Get your sugar levels under better control and the pain will lessen or go away.

That all depends on what feels good to you. I mean does a simple massage help? If so then get a foot massage machine. Does soaking them in warm water help you? If so then get one of those foot soaker massage machines. I have seen one machine that uses warmed beans and vibration, but I have no idea who makes it or how much it costs.

You might also try those things they put on your feet if you are in the hospital for a long time. I personally cant stand them, but everyone else I have talked to seems to love them. They use air pressure to gently massage your lower legs and feet.
