It would help if we knew something about the guys, young/old, clean cut/scruffy, redneck/nerd.
The Beatles: black jackets and pants, white shirts, and instruments you can get in the toy department. You can go around singing Beatles songs.
OR
You could paint yourselves up like sports fanatics do at games and spell out something.
OR
Boggle or Scrabble pieces: just paint boxes.
