What do you use to score a cucumber along the length of the cucumber for decoration...like the fancy sliced cucumbers you sometimes get in restaurant salads?

I use either a paring knife or a vegetable peeler(using it long ways rather than the normal sideways).

i have used:
lemon zesters
spoon handles
forks
and went out and purchased garnishing tools.

it makes you foods look so much more appetizing. i gave you some links to sites that might interest you.

A fork unless you have fancy garnishing tools- but a fork works fine!

i like cucumbers in saleds. you can put cucumber with brags and olive oil.
