Largemale dog. all of a sudden he lost control of his hind legs. He got weaker and after 2 days died. I remembered that 2 months ago my sister who lives 8 miles away had 2 dogs that did the same thing. One of them died, the other one is still alive but drags her hind legs and it is painful for her to move. Could this have anything to do with the tainted dogfood?

Where do you live?

I remember seeing something a while ago about dogs dying from a food problem.Look at this site it might help if you feed the same food.

You should ask a veterinarian. Sounds very coincidental effecting all 3 dogs.......maybe you're right about the dog food.

Did they have any ticks on them? A tick/ticks can cause paralysis and death.
