It's different for everyone. My mom is 45 and started getting a few grey hairs in her late 30's. My dad on the other hand will be 51 this month and doesn't have a gray hair on his head. I'm still in my 20's so I don't have any yet either and if I did I probably wouldn't know about it because I'm constantly bleaching my nautrually dark brown hair to blonde.

First grey hairs started to appear at the ripe old age of 21
Now The sides by my temples and about an inch into my hairline is snowy, I have grey in my eyebrows, chest hair and if I let my beard grow I look like a demented Badger.
I'm 41 now, but at least I've got hair, all the other males in my family have shinny tops !!!

I was 28 and started to go grey at the sides, The best way to blend grey is to have a few blonde streaks, then the grey dosent stand out as much, and will brighten your face too.

I must have been one stressed out teenager..I had my first 2 or 3 since I was about 15. I'm 33 now and I have maybe 10-15 just in the front that I just pluck out. My mom's hair turned an awesome shade of silver but just about a 3 inch-wide streak in the front when she was about 40-45 and I thought it was the coolest. If mine comes in that way I may just leave it be.

I'm 22 and just started to find around half a dozen greys which is a pain in the backside as I'm really dark brunette and they stand out.
Just gotta decide now whether to bleach lighter or dye dark when the time comes that there are more of them.

My hair started to go grey in my mid forties, however my mother's hair was completely white by the age of 33. It not unusual to start having grey hair by the mid twenties.

I got my 1st gray on my 30th b'day. Just the one! I plucked it. Then 1 by 1 more started showing up and I plucked 'em as I found 'em. About 3 yrs ago I decided to stop plucking because I'd be bald! I'm 37 now and have a lot toward the front of my head, but I'm blonde so you can't see 'em unless you go on a hunt and destroy mission. I have brainwashed myself into embracing them. I find one and say Hi there, I'm glad I'm not bald! There are worse things than turning gray, right? (I'll just keep telling myself that till I'm convinced! LOL!)
