What salad dressing goes with a salad with feta cheese in it?

balsamic would be good. So would a good number of italian dressings or other vinegrettes.

OK here is an answer from a 100% Greek---if you do not know how to make a good salad dressing than use Good Season's Itallian Dressing...otherwise
Cut your salad and make sure you smash the feta cheese and put on bottom of your salad bowl and than again on top of your cut up salad.
When it is time to serve sprinkle GOOD oregano on top, salt and than mix with a very good Olive Oil and Red wine vinegar. Toss and have someone else taste it before you serve because the smell of the vinegar will overcome you at times and someone else can tell you what you need. DO NOT ADD PEPPER let your guests do that. Good luck

I'm not a fan of regular balsamic dressing, but that's what a lot of people use. I'd go with Greek dressing, or my favorite - Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette! I actually had a salad with that and feta today!

Balsalmic woudl be good- but a good greek dressing might be better!

6 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

mix all together and serve over salad.

I think either an italian or a light vinagerette. Feta has a lot of flavor so you don't want to overpower it.

Feta does not have a strong flavor, so it is easy to pair it. Yes, balsamaic is great with it. I also like greek.
