I believe the fire area has been declared a diseaster area. You should be able to get help from other sources.

You shouldn't need a Payday loan...this is why there are orginizations such as Red Cross. Red Cross will help ANYONE who has been thru a home fire and evacuation regardless of income. Contact your local Red Cross for some assistance http://www.redcross.org/.

Be glad that you were not approved. Pay day loans are a BAD deal. The interest rate on them is out of this world. You should be eligible for Federal disaster aid or got to the red cross.
