Nope. France's immigration headaches come mainly from it's former colonies in North Africa. Similar issues confront other Eupropean ex-colonial-powers. Thus the common media buzz about 'reverse colonization.'

All EU citizens have the right to work and live in other EU countries, so there is no problem with EU national immigration.

Just worth saying that these days the Spanish and French economies are not very different as far as standard of living goes.

Spain and France are both E.U countries the same as U,K , Germany etc. Think of France and Spain the same as you would North and South Carolina. -
