I'm 16 years old, 5'2" and I weighed 119 pounds when I weighed myself today. I know I'm probably not overweight, but I have friends who are 5'5" and only weigh 100 pounds. Most of my weight is muscle since I'm a cheerleader, but I still feel like I could lose some weight. If I do lose weight, how much should I lose?

Stay where you are - with the muscle from cheerleading, you are just about right. Someone 16, 5'5" and 100 pounds is underweight. You're fine.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
