No.People so greatly misunderstand this one great truth. People who claim to be X Christians are those who, even though they went to church and possibly did works, they did not yeild their hearts and lives and make Christ Lord. The Holy Spirit comes inside of you and you are a new creature. You are sealed. Just as the Bible makes it clear, those who went out from us were really not of us in the first place. There are many false converts in the church. Especially today when so many churches do not preach repentance before acceptance of Christ. Repentance is not optional and many churches, even some very popular ones don't say a thing about it any more. Hence we end up with many false converts.
Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persueded that neithr death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.1 John 2:19
Philippians 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you, will complete it untill the day of Jesus Christ.
Christians are sealed with The Holy Spirit and nothing can separate them from the love of God. There is no such thing as an x Christian.

First we need to define salvation....
1. Preservation or deliverance from destruction, difficulty, or evil.
2. (Christianity) the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil
3.deliverance from an undesirable state or condition,
and deliverance means .....
1.rescue from captivity, hardship, or domination by evil
My answer is no, you can't lose your salvation. Salvation means you can be rescued from the undesirable state that you are in. So if you are living in sin and seek him with a pure heart, you will be delivered. If you are asking for the power to no longer be bound by whatever spirit has overcome you, he will help. If you want to leave that sinful state and realign yourself with his word, he will not turn his back on you.
2chronicles 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Luke 11:9-10
So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

NO!!!!
John 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
Joh 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one.
2Ti 1:14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.
Anyone who walks away from God was not saved in the first place as the Holy Ghost lives within the saved person.

According to some Chrstians the answer is yes.
According to other Christians the answer is no.
It varies from believer to believer.
According to my personal Christian beliefs, the answer is no. Once you are saved you are always saved. It kinda sucks for me because I gave up on Christianity years ago, became a believer in Satanism, and am now looking forward to hell. But since I am destined to go to heaven since I once was saved, I consider myself a SUPERCHRISTIAN. I will unite and join forces with others like me in heaven and remove god from his thrown and pretty much takeover heaven. It's gonna be sweet!!

No. Salvation is a completely monergistic act, it is totally of God. God calls out or elects those for salvation, God indwells us with the Spirit, God gives us the faith to believe, God opens our eyes and ears to the truth. It is all of God, not of us. Since we do nothing to gain it, we can do nothing to lose it. Once the Holy Spirit has indwelt you, He is there permanently.
1Jn 5:11 And this is the witness: that God gave us everlasting life, and this life is in His Son.
1Jn 5:12 The one having the Son has life. The one not having the Son of God does not have life.
1Jn 5:13 I wrote these things to you, the ones believing in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life, and that you may believe in the name of the Son of God.
Rom 8:28 But we know that to the ones loving God all things work together for good, to those being called according to purpose;
Rom 8:29 because whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers.
Rom 8:30 But whom He predestinated, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
Rom 8:38 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Rom 8:39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus, our Lord.
There is nothing you can do to thwart the plan of God nor remove what He has given you, salvation.

No-I've answered this question before. Not according to:
Romans 8:35-39 (New International Version)

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:
"For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."[a] 37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

some people who truly repent of their sin and get carry of Jesus as their Savior and Lord fall into sin and then sense that they could desire to be saved as quickly as extra. it isn't the case. The Bible says, "My expensive infants, I write this to you so as which you will not sin. yet while absolutely everyone does sin, we've individual who speaks to the daddy in our protection—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One" (a million John 2:a million). additionally, "If we confess our sins, he's dedicated and merely and could forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (a million John a million:9). Christian conversion is the transformation which we adventure as quickly as we are born of God. considering the fact that one isn't born repeatedly back, we could desire to think of of Christian progression in 2 ranges: start and advance. a baby, as an occasion, is born as quickly as. actual, he falls down many cases, yet while he falls he does not could desire to be born back. His falls, his bumps and bruises are all area of growing to be. So that's in the Christian life. start is surprising, as quickly as and for all, yet progression is the artwork of a complete lifetime. we are able to be converted in a 2d: the coolest 2d that we settle for Christ. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it takes numerous prayer, Bible reading, church-going, and Christian provider to make a mature Christian.

Yes. Some Christians think they can serve God and then turn their back on him and blasphemy him and even turn to hate him and still go to heaven. I don't think so.
Matthew 13
Exodus 32:33
Rev. 3:5,6
Rev. 22:19
1 Chronicles 28:9
Psalm 51:10,11
Matthew 24:48-51
John 15:6
Jesus said, "If anyone does not abide in Me, HE IS CAST OUT as a branch and is withered (note: in order to be cast out, one must first be "IN Christ")
In order to be taken out of the Book of Life you must first be in it. The only way you can get in it is to be saved in the first place.

Scripture teaches that one’s final salvation depends on the state of the soul at death. As Jesus himself tells us, "He who endures to the end will be saved" (Matt. 24:13; cf. 25:31–46). One who dies in the state of friendship with God (the state of grace) will go to heaven. The one who dies in a state of enmity and rebellion against God (the state of mortal sin) will go to hell.
Bibliophile: Those verses don't sound like they directly apply to salvation to me. God always loves us, no doubt, but that doesn't mean that some of us aren't going to Hell.

Sure, if said Christian is not faithful to God (Revelation 2:10); or if they don't want their faith back. It's possible to lose your faith, or it will get weak, but a Christian shouldn't lose his/her faith altogether, because then they are in a bad situation, and it they die in that state, they are forever hell-bound.
