Hmmm... I don't use any non-stick spray or oil.
I have no problems with sticking cookings.
If you need something, just use a little butter, margarine or vegetable oil. You just want a light coating.

Wax paper would be the best if you don't have any of that put any oil that you have on the cookie sheet and wipe it down with a paper towel so you can spread the oil out. If you have to much oil the cookies will burn on the bottom.

Yes brush your pan with vegetable oil. Alternatively line it with grease proof paper so that the brownies don't stick to the bottom of the pan. Only if it is not the moist brownies can you use the grease proof paper as some people make the moist brownies and some brownies are dry when done.

A little butter on the cookie sheets will work. Use the wrapper from one of the sticks you just used in the recipe.

If you have a spray bottle around you can put some oil into that and give it a spritz. (on a side note this is also good if you are on a diet or trying to eat healthy) This way you are also not getting all the propelents that are in the canned stuff.

mix a little vegetable oil with flour and rub it on the pan... this is the old way of "greasing" a pan
