I've had tiny bumps on my nose for years and I'm not sure what they are. You wouldn't even notice them unless I was in a certain kind of light, or you were really close to my face. They're not red. They're not big. They don't itch, hurt, leak anything, nothing. They are just there. I wash my face daily and I use acne products. The products work on blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and whatever else, but not these.

What are they? How do I get rid of them?

I had bumps like that on my forehead. I got rid of them with Stridex pads, and they work great. If nothing works for you, go to a dermatologist and they will be able to help. Also, scratching the bumps off isn't going to work, because the oils in your fingers are going to get into your skin and make it really dirty, which causes pimples.
