Human son like he did? Will he accept this as atonement for my sins or do I have to accept his need for human blood?

I Love God's Law: At what point in history did animal sacrifices become obsolete and only a perfect human would suffice?

It is the only way. God needed a perfect offering, one without blemish or sin because God is an all consuming fire when it comes to sin, and if there is any in you you will be destroy by simply being in His presence. So only a perfect, sinless one could be offered as atonement for your sins so when you stand before God all He sees is perfect Jesus character and not the sins you have committed. If you confess your sins Jesus can forgive you and change you. The more you surrender your life to Him the more perfect you will be and you are promised that you will see the face of God. Maybe it doesn't make sense to you now, but I pray someday it will.

He wouldn't accept it b/c it is not his Law, he shed Jesus blood as atonement for sin and if you (in all your kindness) decide against His new covenant after the death of His son than he wouldn't be thrilled to pieces......It's like saying "Yeah I know you're God and everything but I'm doing things my way!" and if he does exist, well that wouldn't be wise.

His need for human blood sounds vicious and I understand your view BUT I think He knew that WE know there is no life more precious than HUMAN life and that is how we would understand He loves us if he gave up his own human son

You nutcase. Animals are equal to humans and nobody needs to be sacrificed. Don't follow along with that old story; pick something a little more modern that doesn't involve killing.

And is it tacky to use the sacrifices for food after you've done the ritualistic bit for your deity? Just so nothing goes to waste...

I f you read the words before His death He said it was He that laid down His life freely for us and that He could have sent for angels for His rescue !!!

Rom 5:8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[1John 1:8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
[1John 1:9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
[Rom 10:9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[Rom 10:10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
[Mat 10:32] Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven

iF YOU HAVE TOLD A MINISTER THAT YOU HAVE DONE THE ABOVE YOU ARE NOW READY TO ATTEND ANY CHURCH THAT LOVES JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOUR !!! GOD BLESS YOU IN YOUR QUEST TO KNOW GOD !!!
