i need to remove a squib from my .357 and i dont have a cleaning rod... any ideas for alternatives that i could use? thanks.

A Hardwood Dowel made from Oak OR the BEST thing to do is punch it out with a Solid Brass Rod.You can buy either in 36" lengths at Home Depot or Lowe's Home Centers..."LIGHTLY" tap it back the way it came.Do not try and push it out the barrel, as it would go if it were fired! (Very Important!)

Unsharpened pencil, dowel rod, chinese food chopsticks, arrow shaft,things along that line will do.
philips head screw driver but only as a last resort
