Evolution is the logical and less offensive choice. I think the biblical creation story is offensive. Some invisible man in the sky creates a man out of and dirt breathes on him. Then, so the man wouldn't be lonely, the Man in the Sky knocks him out and makes a woman out of his rib.

Even when I wasted my time as a Christian, I found this story offensive as well as preposterous. I'm just some man's rib. I don't think so. I have a better opinion of myself.

Well, one says that a spirit being (not a physical being) did stuff that science (study of physical stuff) says cannot happen. The other says that dead, physical matter (physical stuff) became alive on it's own (stuff that science - the study of physical stuff - says cannot happen).

So the question might be: "Which theory has science already shown to be impossible?"
