A numbered print is not a painting. You need to know exactly what you're offering for sale, before you try to sell it. If you call a print a painting, you'll have no credibility with any educated buyer. They know the difference

"All signed" is good, but signed by who? What are the artists' names?

You don't necessarily need paperwork in order to sell a piece, but you absolutely do need to know the artist's name and the medium of each piece you're trying to sell. When you have the names, you can research the artist online, and hopefully get an idea of what their works sells for. If the artist's work is sold in a gallery, you might be able to get an identification from them. "This is an etching by ______", for example.

Or you could get the whole batch of eight appraised. Or you could just put them all on Ebay and take your chances that you're selling them for the right price.

You have 8 pieces of art work and some are signed and numbered prints !

Do your research on the artist. Make a list with artist name, the issue numbers and the name of the work and size. Get on Internet and see if there is anything listed for that artist.
If yes....great.....you can get a good idea what something will sell for. You can hope to get about 1/2 of that amount.
I spend over 2 hours on the internet for a client yesterday doing this very thing, but he didn't provide me with enough information for me to do a good job. Some of this work is on paper and some on canvas and the price is different.

And remember art is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I have a painting I think is now worth $40,000. but I don't have anyone standing here with money in hand.

good luck
