No, silly, gravity is just a theory. How the hell do you think the rapture is gonna work anyways?

Yes...that is, (assumingly) all Christians believe in the general observable affects of gravity. But how is that relevant? Do you believe the earth is the center of the universe just because of the geocentric theory (and because not believing in any scientific theory would be like rejecting the idea of gravity)?

Your point, that simply because it is called a 'theory' does not make it any less factual has been missed by many of the people answering this question. These of course are the SAME people who have decided to disbelieve in evolution science simply because it is called the 'theory' of evolution. Not to mention of course that the existence of gravity does not in itself contradict any of the bible's teachings. That alone makes it MUCH more palatable as fact than evolution, which does indeed contradict what they see as biblical 'truth'. Basically, they're fine with science that doesn't contradict their belief system, and NOT fine with science that does, regardless of how equally valid or factual the two branches of science might be.

Actually, they would have to believe in the Theory of Relativity. Gravity by itself is a law.
But yes, I'm fairly certain that they ALL accept the Theory of Relativity to be true.

Gravity is not a theory (unlike evolution) because it can be tested and the same test repeated to check the result. As a Christian I can assure you that I believe in gravity because it is a scientific fact.

Yes, they do.
I'm not sure that gravity is a theory, though. Scientific law, isn't it?
It's a good thing there isn't a bible passage that denies gravity, otherwise we'd have to argue about that too. =/

rofl....... it tickles me that every one that is not Christian KNOWS how we think or knows how we would answer a question....... rofl....... No Christian, or any that I know, has ever denied that science is good , in SOME cases, and is TRUE in SOME cases........ Not believing in gravity is like not believing we have to have food and water to survive.... That is not only a law of nature but a scienctific fact..... go in peace...... God bless

If they didn't, could you prove it beyond certainty?
...or do you just believe in it because someone else said it was true...someone who claimed to be an "expert"...
..would you have to quote out of some silly "book" written by imperfect men who claim to understand ...?
...could you, in fact, prove everything in your book as "fact" without resorting to support from other imperfect writers?...
...or do you just faith in that which you cannot prove....?
You sound like a very religious person....good for you...!
