i need to clean my teeth and they said use soda bicarb.... what is that? and where can i get it?

Soda Bicarb is another name for baking soda, there are many toothpastes that have baking soda in them such as Crest Baking Soda And Peroxide which really help make your teeth whiter. If you are going to use straight baking soda, mix it with a little bit of water until it's pasty and put it on a toothbrush.
