your face produces a lot of oil when it's dry..

take about four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add in a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. you can also add in a few vitamin e capsules if ya like.. this can be used as a scrub, mask if left on for ten minutes, and a spot treatment left on over night.. it works like pro active.. i've used both and got the same result with each which is clear skin..

another thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it's sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like or the aspirin i mentioned.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week..

only wash your face when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and after exercise.. excess washing makes your face produce extra oil..

warm water opens pores and cold closes them.. so wash with warm and rinse with cold..

also you may want to get a good toner and moisturizer.. not astringent because it contains a ton of alcohol and is rough on your skin.. and make sure the moisturizer is oil free..

and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn't clog your pores or cause breakouts.. i recommend bare minerals brand..

drink lots of water.. eat healthy.. and take vitamin e, vitamin c, zinc and b vitamins..

i hope this helps..

While the foods you eat can definitely impact your skin, there are other things that could cause your face to be oily. For example, are you using a moisterizer? If you're just washing your face and not moisterizing, your skin might be producing more oil, to try to compensate for what you removed when you washed your face. Try getting a light moisterizer. You should probably invest in some oil blotting sheets also; those are a quick fix when you're at work/school/too busy to wash your face, and are probably better for your skin than the paper towel.

Try getting a face wash, that could work well. A paper towel probably won't work as well, it'll just get the stuff off the outside. You need to get something that will actually deal with the skin and help it. Try going to the store and seeing what's available, otherwise just try washing it more often. The best way to deal with it is to keep it clean, otherwise you can pretty much bet that as soon as you're older it'll be pretty much gone!

well one reason could be is that you have apparently changed your eating habits. Your body has a hormone that controlling your body including your face.
anothe reason could be that you arent wiping the oil correctly. you have to blot it. I would recommend netroguena oil absorbing sheets, during the day. And when you wake up in the morning, dont wash your face with soap. it is mild for your face. I suggest you use clean and clear morning burst.. oil- free and your face stays shine free all day!!
another thing is that you can NEVER get rid of the oils on your face.. that just impossible..
** if you dont wanna get the things i recommended to you, get the bath and body works hand soap.. you can use that on your face becasue it had GYLECRIN!!
gylecrin is good!

One of the reason can be clogged pores!! If your pores are not clean, no matter how much expensive products you use on your face, there are not going to be that effective. Go to this site: http://srizvi.qhealthbeauty.com/ and order a pore cleansing masque, this is the best one I have ever used and it will remove blackheads/whiteheads and oils in one use. You can also get a blemish control cream from this site and its not expensive at all. good stuff on here.

hope this will work 4 u.

You could use Neutrogena Visibly Clear range-face scrub, cleansing lotion and moisturiser, it worked well for me.
Avoid all cream and lotions which are not oil-free.
Also get some oil reducing wipes-like Clean and Clear or Neutrogena.
