If you think you are falling for this man, maybe you should consider another job. If not, then you need to stop this. this is the time to make the decision: a life with him or your career.
Another thing to think about is this: Do you want to have that gossip hanging over your head? Believe me, I know work politics and that sort of thing is something people love to gossip about and a growing resentment starts to form between the lover and the rest of the employees. Then, if you leave due to being found out, how will that look on your resume when you do elsewhere?
Even if you stay and you break up, think about the weirdness factor. Will it be strained, or can you still be professional?
You should probably search for another job. Its sort of nice to start fresh somewhere anyway...
Tough situation. I wish you luck!

First, leave it outside of work. If people are suspicious, that's because you are not doing a good job of hiding it at work and being professionals about it.
This doesn't mean you can't see eachother, but be very mindful of your actions on the job, if you know what I mean 8)
I dated a co-worker, and didn't do a good job of hiding it myself years back. But, never my boss and I could that getting messy as hell.

Work on being more private. Now I don't normally mix business with pleasure. But I would suggest you look really closely at what you are getting into and what you are risking and if it is worth it. Just remember if you are gonna go out go out of town. In my humble opinion he would have to show me that I was more than just a fling by taking me out. ( Honey, if you're gonna be bad, be good at it!!)

well your damned if ya do and damned if ya don't....
if you call it quits between ya both then ...ha your fired honey.
but then...
if ya continue with this late night rendez vous in the office when all workers are gone then ya can't get ahead either... so you are frigged both ways why is this you ask welll......
if people start to notice already that somethings up between you both then he can't give ya raises, or promotions or anything cause the other workers are going to say your suckin' up....
so the only thing i say to do is have fun honey cause it won't last and you'll be out of a job and one hell of a boss who praises your work in many ways...lol

You need to find another job. People are probably talking about the two of you now. Get out while you can still get good references, and continue to see him.

I don't care what Good Morning America says -- NEVER get your honey where you make your money!
If the relationship sours, you may be out of a job!

If you don't want to get both of you in trouble or possibly fired, I would highly suggest that you keep your personal life personal-that means after work. Don't mix business with pleasure or you will lose.

Start looking for a new job because if a problem arises, you will be the one to take the fall.
