Flea baths and collars do NOT work. Nothing available in stores does. Pet stores aren't licensed to sell the proper chemicals for flea treatment - anything you find in store is just going to be a basic pesticide that you can't expect to work. Because of this, much of the flea stuff you find in stores is often dangerous, collars included. Collars only ward fleas away from the neck area: so they just hide on the rest of the animal!

You need to go to a vets to get some proper treatment, like Frontline, Revolution or Advantage. You will probably have to spray your house as well, since this is where most of the fleas are living. Again, get something from a vets, not a pet store.

I am trying to battle that right now...I ordered Frontline but I cannot apply it yet because she is still going through her month of Advantage. It didn't really work like it was supposed to and she seemed to have a small reaction to it.

Make sure that any thing you use, treat your house too. I think the most effective way to rid them of your house is a fogger, but I cannot do that since I live in an apartment, and also it is full of chemicals that I do not want myself nor my animals breathing in.

Flea baths and flea collars do not work, especially if they are Hartz or Zodiac brand. Also, Zodiac drops are bad for your cat because they leave bald spots and skin irritation.

The Zodiac house spray is supposed to work well though and I have heard nothing but good reviews from it...so your cat and your house may react different to different things.

I really hope that Frontline works for my kitty, because we have all been through more than enough with these little buggers.

Best of luck and peace to you.

Hi,one of the best treatments is Frontline that's why vets recommend it,you can buy it over the counter from any vets.I have used this on my kitten for 5 months now and since then he has not had a single flea on him.I decided to try it after reading so many good reviews about this product on here.Good luck.

I've never had luck with collars. If anything, the collars cause more (and more serious!) problems than they solve.

When my husband and I brought our latest pair of kittens home, the poor things were infested with fleas from the area where they were born. What we ended up doing was having them dipped, then putting them on Frontline. After that, I washed everything that was washable and generously sprinkled Borax on my furniture and carpet, then vacuumed it up after about 20 minutes. And I kept on vacuuming every day for about 2 weeks.

After that, there were no more fleas.

Hey there,
Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. What's sad is that many of the individuals affected by such a condition end up just accepting what is happening to their hair due to lack of information or options.

If you are looking for natural hair regrowth methods this is a good guide you can read http://hairagain.toptips.org
Cheers.

Frontline products worked the best for me...I lived in San Diego so the humidity kept the creatures coming around...I tried everything. Frontline worked almost immediately and they never came back.

If you can not get your hands on Frontline (which my cats are allergic to) K-9 advantix and biospot work awesomely. Make sure you get it for cats under 10 pounds.

Bomb your place with bug bombs. That will help also.
