I have 2 cats ages 9 months and 6 months.. I introduced a dog age 14 weeks into the home and since then I have been finding urine on the carpet and on the counter tops.. Im thinking it's my older cat but im unsure.. what should I do to break this habit.. im sure its jealousy.. help please!

I could be that someone's breaking in who has a weak bladder.

You didn't introduce the animals properly. In your case the cats are the wolves, and the puppy the lamb. The cats, probably both are laying down their territory. They are "ticked off". You now have a serious problem, and nothing worse than the smell of cat urine.

1. Take the cats to the vet to check for a physical cause.
2. If no physical cause pay a lot of attention to the cats.

The little creatures are marking their territory to let know to the new comer who rules around here. A "neutral zone" is needed or it's going to get uglier.

its beacuse the cat is marking its territory to the dog

if they never did this before, theyre probably marking their territory from the dog. also if they're not fixed, having them fixed will help aleviate the problem.
