Yes, your teeth lock together and you become the laughing stock of the whole school because everyone knows that you were kissing the geek in the fourth row. In more extreme cases, they have to break out the jaws of life and extricate one person while your mother is standing next to you bemoaning the fact that you are growing up too quickly and your father stands next to you asking if you know just how much money he's spent on your braces and now you will need to get new ones for the next 4 years and now he's buying you a chastity belt as well.

Of COURSE NOT! I had braces for 3 yrs long ago but I was still kissing "boys" and no adhering to their teeth...no worries.

YES, it happened to me and my boyfreind when I was young. It was so funny that we started laughing as we were stuck together, then we both yanked back and both our braces were loose after that. We both also swallowed our little rubber bands. :-) (good old days)
