I have very bad teeth and I do not want braces. I would like to have my front nine teeth taken out and replaced with new ones that are straight. I don't even know if this is possible and if it is how much would something like cost. I have been hiding my smile for year and I just can't take it anymore. Thank you.

if you dont want the braces visible you can get i braces. they are a brand new type of braces and are on the inside of your teeth. if i were you i would just get braces. it is many thousand dollars cheaper than getting surgery. surgery is possible and they can make your teeth straight immediately. check this site out or google for more information. http://www.dcsmiles.com/

Is there a fast way to have straight teeth. Not with braces or invisaline. A surgery? Full teeth replacement?

Umm,I'm not exactly positively totally sure, but I don't think that you can replace your teeth unless you get all your teeth pulled and get dentures.I'm getting braces in a few weeks and I'm not too worried about it,lots of people have them, and if you are worried about pain then you shouldn't.My best friend got them and she said that they don't hurt when you get them on, they are just sore for a few days afterwards. And tylenol can help that.So like I said, you could probably get dentures, which I wouldn't want to because they could fall out if you bend over with your mouth open, and that would be even more embarrassing than bad teeth.I'm not even sure that could happen, but I don't see why it couldn't.Anyway, you could get dentures, get some of those new white strips that you wear on your teeth (im not sure if they work or not),or you could just take a deep breath and some extra-strength tylenol and go get some braces or a retainer or an expander or something.
Good luck and I hope I helped!

There is no fast way to getting straight teeth. Why don't you try lingual braces. They go on the backs of your teeth so no one knows they are there. If you want all of your teeth replaced then you would have to have them extracted and be fitted for dentures. You'd rather have fake teeth than your own teeth?

One 'fast' way of getting straight teeth without doing braces would be to have immediate implant placement. These implants are placed in one appointment; with the crowns (after a series of consultations to determine if you qualify for implants). This is a very expensive treatment; most existing insurance plans will not cover the implants themselves, but may cover the crowns that are placed on them.

Another option would be to crown your existing teeth and have the crowns do the work of improving your smile. This would be a much less expensive option, but the success of this depends on an number of different things (ie: current status of your teeth (like if you need root canals prior to it, or if your teeth are too 'bad', they need to be extracted), positioning of your teeth and/ or your gingival health.

Luminears, they file your teeth down to stubs and put porcelain on top. It only takes a day but you will have to replace them every 14 years and they can be pricy.

THIS IS CALLED DOING EXTRACTIONS AND YOU GET EITHER PARTIAL DENTURES OR COMPLETE DENTURES.
THIS IS NOT A CHEAP TREATMENT. ASK YOUR DENTIST ABOUT A 'SNAP ON' SMILE FROM A DENTAL LAB.
