You already know it/that.
It's still not grammatically correct, it should be "ya tu sabes" or "ya usted sabe."

ya tu sabe is spanish. Tu is pertaing to you and sabe which is a conjugation of Saber (to know) means know. In English ya tu sabe means you already know
